Ingredientes:

• 1 1/2 Cup Crema 1921
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 3 1/2 Cups Heavy cream
• 1 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preparacion:

In a mixing bowl combine sugar and Tequila Crema, mix till dissolved. Add Heavy cream and vanilla. Pour mixture into ice cream machine and mix till thickened.

I have an automatic Cuisinart Ice Cream maker and it makes Ice Cream in less then 30 minutes. I adapted a vanilla icre cream recipe by eliminating the milk and replacing it with the Crema. I think any icre cream maker has a vanilla recipe that can be adapted.
